The ideal candidate will possess:
A proven recent track record as a Head Chef or a Senior Sous Chef ready for the next challenge.
A passion for working with fresh, seasonal, and locally-sourced ingredients.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
A positive, "can do" attitude and a commitment to delivering exceptional quality.
