- Craft and supervise the preparation of Northern European-inspired dishes, maintaining high culinary standards.
- Manage and adapt to the seasonal flux of the business, ensuring excellence during peak and quieter periods.
- Lead a small, dedicated team, promoting a collaborative and efficient kitchen environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef, particularly in Northern European cuisine.
- Capacity to handle up to 50-hour work weeks during the tourist season, with compensatory off-peak periods.
