We need a Sous Chef for our client's famous restaurant and cafe in Dublin city center.
The role requires skill in managing a busy commercial kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef. You need to experience in running pass/service, baking, prepping, and managing stock/orders.
Our client's kitchen is a busy work environment with a diverse, energetic & enthusiastic team.
All full-time team members work 40 hours a week and have two days off per week. The salary you receive will be competitive based on your experience, and tips will be dispersed amongst the entire team.
We would love to hear from you if you have experience working in a fast-paced kitchen, whether in a restaurant or cafe. It's imperative for you to have a passion for great cafe food & a creative nature, as you'll work closely with our Head Chef to develop original menu items.
We're seeking applicants with excellent communication skills, HACCP training and a drive to succeed in their field.
