About the Position
As a Sous Chef, you will play a crucial role in the kitchen, supporting the Head Chef in managing daily operations. You'll be responsible for maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation, ensuring consistency and compliance with the hotel's high culinary standards.
The ideal candidate is a creative, detail-oriented professional with a passion for delivering high-quality culinary experiences. You should have a proven track record in a similar role within a fine dining or luxury hotel environment. Experience in kitchens at 2AA rosette and above and Michelin Bib Gourmand and above is highly desirable.
