Description
We're seeking a Sous Chef for our client's Relais Château's property. The successful candidate will oversee the kitchen and kitchen staff, supervising all food preparation, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and being fully versed in our clients Relais Château best practices.
Responsibilities:

Ensure that the kitchen and kitchen staff provide excellent customer service and consistent food preparation

Ensuring that all food meets quality standards and is prepared according to the company standards

Keeping the kitchen clean at all times

Ensuring that all chefs are well trained in their respective specialties

Becoming familiar with guests' food preferences and dietary restrictions

Managing inventory levels of ingredients and supplies

Prioritizing tasks to ensure efficient workflow and appropriate staffing levels

Check on kitchen at the end of
