Take the Fast Track to Head Chef
Responsibilities include:
- Responsible for the kitchen when the Head Chef is absent
- Maintain policies and procedures for purchasing, receiving, and food storage
- Make sure the food is cooked to the highest quality according to the Chef's instructions
- Make sure that the kitchen is clean and in compliance with food safety regulations
Here are the requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a 4- or 5-star hotel
A strong understanding of HACCP principles is required
The capacity to produce foods of high quality
A hard worker who is trustworthy and optimistic
Conference and banqueting experience is essential
Leadership and people management skills of the highest caliber
The ability to speak fluent English is essential
