We are seeking a Sous Chef for one of South Dublin's premier gastro pubs.
Thanks to an internal promotion (our client is serious about staff development) a rare opportunity to work as the Sous Chef in this standard setting South Dublin landmark has opened up.
Before applying for this position you should understand that you will need some experience of working as a Sous Chef in a comparable, not necessarily identical, business.
While our client is willing to consider chefs coming from a variety of backgrounds, including hotels, it is important that any serious candidates have some experience of working in a high standard gastropub or brasserie.
