Authentic Pintxos are a Basque specialty and we're looking for a Head Chef for a brand new Authentic Pintxo / Tapas Restaurant opening in early 2015. That said if you don't know that already then you're not the person for the job.
Chef's with experience gained in the top Pintxo Restaurants and Bars of the Basque region are strongly advised to apply for this opportunity to being the Pintxo experience to a whole new region.
Our clients want to talk to suitable chefs as soon as possible because it's envisaged that the new head chef will be employed well ahead of opening and will play an active role in kitchen design and in menu design.
In addition to wishing for a chef with strong culinary skills our clients really want a chef who is as passionate about Authentic Pintxos as they are and who'll play a part, along with them, in evangelising this type of regional cuisine for a whole new audience.
