A Gastro Pub in County Kildare is currently looking for a Sous Chef.

An ideal candidate will have extensive experience working in high-end restaurants or gastropubs.

• Managing the smooth running of this beautiful operation on a day-to-day basis.
• A strong understanding of kitchen management is required for this role.
• This role requires excellent attention to detail.
• A true food enthusiast.
• An ability to work well as part of a team in a busy environment is essential
• Working with fresh produce every day.
• Experience in a similar role.
• Managing a team to produce an excellent standard of food throughout this busy property.
• Current market knowledge of the latest food trends.
• Over a seven-day period, working five days.
• An experienced kitchen manager is required.
• Able to bring latest food trends to this property.
