- Experience in a similar role.
- Managing a team to produce an excellent standard of food throughout this busy property.
- Current market knowledge of the latest food trends.
- Over a seven-day period, working five days.
- An experienced kitchen manager is required.
- Able to bring latest food trends to this property.
