In this role, you'll lead the kitchen's transition to a fully organic state by implementing a regenerative model. Putting Irish produce in front of our guests will be a collaborative effort with the Head Gardener.
Since a a considerable part of the business is still event based, our client is seeking a candidate that has experience with large events and catering, but it isn't crucial since this is a business that has strong systems in place. Experience with seasonal produce, menu development, a love of food, and a positive attitude to working as part of a team, with a focus on customer service, is the most important requirement.
