We are currently recruiting a passionate, talented, and dedicated Head Chef for our client, a Galway hotel.
Can you lead a motivated team in the kitchen while serving the hotel restaurant close to the heart of the town? Are you a goal driven head chef looking to progress their career in a hotel with an excellent working environment? In addition to overseeing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, the ideal candidate must be able to train staff, work with the team, and monitor food quality.

- Lead a small kitchen team and ensure that it is positive, energetic, and functional
- This is a great opportunity for you to 'put your mark' on a hotel kitchen
- Assist a F&B manager in providing a very organized and complete dining experience to all of our guests
- Work closely with the Management team on a daily basis
- Hands-on involvement throughout the shift is essential to ensuring consistency and high standards
- Passionate and creative about their job, building their own menus to satisfy our clients' customers
- We are looking for a creative, passionate, & proven restaurant head chef with experience in kitchen management, purchasing, HAACP, and budgeting.

- Having the ability to work under pressure in a busy kitchen is essential
