We are seeking a driven and passionate Head Chef for an award-winning artisanal cafe in County Wicklow. The successful candidate will be confident in leading a team, able to offer new ideas for the business, and come from either a strong bar, restaurant, cafe or hotel background.
The Cafe is open during daytime hours only, making this position ideal for a chef seeking a balance between work and personal life.
Candidate & Job Requirements:
- We are looking for a Head Chef from a busy background, someone who can handle volume.
- The position will require a strong understanding of kitchen management.
- To be able to grow and bring a team together to produce superb food across this busy property.
- A meticulous eye for detail is required of you.
- Must be a capable leader and be able to build a team.
- Develop existing staff while growing the kitchen crew.
- Foodies background a plus.
- Must be flexible to fit in with business needs.
