We're opening this Chef De Partie job now to start work in early 2015. Although we've listed the position as "seasonal" the business only shuts up shop for a couple of months so, if you plan to return for a second season, which we hope you will, it's easy to treat this time as a long holiday.
Why You Should Apply For This Chef De Partie Job
Because this is one of the highest end kitchens in Ireland with cuisine that's been described as the embodiment of the "refined artisan" culinary aesthetic. Because it's located in an area of outstanding beauty. And because the opportunity to hone your craft in such an agreeable environment is rare.
What you need to be/have to be considered for this job

It's a close knit team in this kitchen and the head chef emphasises both team work and flexibility. As with all kitchens of this standard the work is both exacting and demanding, but this takes place in a kitchen with a positive and supportive atmosphere.
