We’ve a couple of excellent jobs for Chef De Partie and (Junior) Sous Chef in Relais Chateaux, Three AA Rosette, and Michelin Star Properties in the United Kingdom and Ireland for early 2016.

We’re looking for enthusiastic and good humoured chefs who are highly motivated and want to work in kitchens producing very high end and contemporary fine dining cuisine.
Our clients wish us to introduce them to chefs who’ve worked to at least 2 AA Rosette, 14/20 Gault Millau and/or, Bib Gourmand or 1 Michelin Star standards. They’d like you to have this quality of experience because they operate at a slightly higher level again and would like you to have a job that challenges you to be the best chef you can be.
Remember they’re looking for good chefs who want to be even better and you’re looking for a job that will make you a better chef. We want you and them to be happy and get the most out of your new job.
Some Basic English Needed – Fluent English You Can Learn On The Job
While their kitchens are multicultural, and multinational, English is the predominant language so you’ll need to have a working knowledge of it. You don’t need to be fluent in English, in fact this could be a perfect opportunity to develop fluency, however you will need enough spoken English to get the job started.
Experience Summary (any one or more of the following)
- AA Rosettes: 2 Rosettes or higher
- Michelin: Bib Gourmand Or 1 Star or higher
- Gault Millau: 14/20 of higher

You’ll be working with very talented and enthusiastic individuals in modern and well equipped kitchens.
Better Working Hours And Beautiful Locations
We can also say that while the work is demanding, it always is in the best kitchens, the working conditions and hours are considerably better than most kitchens of this standard. We think the same might be said for the pay and bonus structure(s) too. The business locations are rural and are ideal if you love outstanding natural beauty. Easing your transition somewhat, live-in is an option in two out of three of these businesses.
