A Fetac qualified trainer (2009) and a Certified Workplace Mediator (MII 2007), Grainne started her career in recruitment in London in 1996 where she worked for 9 years establishing a highly successful IT Contract Desk. In response to market demand she returned to Ireland in 1995 and established Computer People in Ireland with a network of offices in Cork and Belfast. Operating in the specialist staffing space, in 2004 Grainne set up Ajilon Finance and Ajilon Pharmaceutical.
Having worked at the ‘coal face’ as a recruitment consultant and later as a sales manager, Grainne has led, trained, inspired and motivated successful teams in Ireland and the UK for more than 20 years. Grainne now runs her own training and mentoring consultancy where she continues to inspire the next generation of professionals. We’re delighted Grainne has a chosen to lend her invaluable and unique mentoring and mediation abilities to TOPCHEFS clients.

Philip Uzice

Philip is a qualified trainer with a background in Health & Safety and Food Safety whose career in hotel management has taken in the USA and Europe prior taking up his first position in Ireland at the Shelbourne Hotel back in 1982 as Human Resource Manager. Subsequently Philip’s tour has taken in several properties in the role of Operations Manager and General Manager. Although still active in hotel management Philip is experiencing a growing demand for his training interventions in Health & Safety and Food Safety.
Alanna McGuinness

Alanna is passionate about developing people and seeing them reach their goals.
She is a Business, Economics & Social Studies Graduate from Trinity College Dublin, majoring in Economics & Politics. Always a believer in life long learning in addition to her major she holds a professional qualification in Marketing (MII); Human Resource Management (CIPD); Employment Law (IBEC/NCI) and is a qualified Occupational Tester from Saville & Holsworth.
Having worked for 10 years in management and specialized recruitment, recruiting staff from leaving certificate & graduate to director level, Alanna recognised her interest in developing people both personally and in their careers.
