We are looking for a chef de partie to work in our client's award-winning hotel restaurant.
A love of seasonal menus, with a strong interest in collaborating with people who share the same passion, is a must. Two years of experience in a similar role would be ideal.
In this role, you will become a key member of a highly talented and award-winning team. This position requires a passion for seasonal food and a positive attitude. The hotel expects to find a sous chef who can bring a broad range of skills in order to ensure that the food is served to the highest standard. This is an excellent quality business and if you have the skills and ambition to match then they hope to employ you as a sous chef.
Candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Extensive experience in reputable restaurants and a love for utilizing locally grown food.
- Stay on top of food trends, enjoy seasonality, love simplicity and have a passion for artisanal ingredients and sourcing.
