We are looking for a capable sous with a take charge attitude. A Sous who will be ready to take charge in the absence of the Head .
This is a Sous position in one of County Sligo's best loved traditional hotels. This is a high-volume kitchen with a great working atmosphere and a low staff turnover.
As we leave the pandemic behind there are an awful lot of jobs chasing not very many chefs. However, this is one of those jobs that only comes to market very occasionally, it's a bit of a keeper.
The outgoing sous chef has been a happy camper in this kitchen for several years and leaves the job with a mixture of excitement and satisfaction.
