Our client is an elegant four star hotel in Cork and if you are a Sous Chef equally at home in charge of the restaurant, or serving an elegant wedding banquet, we would like to hear from you.

While our client would prefer to hire somebody who has worked as a Sous Chef already in a hotel which shares the same high standards they are also interested in receiving expressions of interest from senior Chef De Parties who are ready to take that next step in their career.
You will need to be able to switch smoothly from banquet mode to restaurant mode, to lead and inspire and mentor your team while working closely with the Head Chef.
