This position would be suitable for applicants with at least 8 years experience in a chef position and who are seeking to advance their careers.

- Working with fresh food produce everyday.
- Capable of growing and bringing together a team to meet the needs of a busy restaurant.
- Managing the smooth operation of this impressive company on a day-to-day basis.
- A true food enthusiast.
- A strong understanding of kitchen management skills is required for this position.
