We're recruiting for three Chef de Partie roles for a leading luxury resort in Co. Kildare, Ireland
These are proper section-chef roles in a multi-outlet kitchen environment (grill-led dining, all-day service, and a flagship bar/restaurant). If you want a stable, well-known name on your CV and a busy, structured operation where standards matter, this is worth a look.
The Roles (x3)
Three Chef de Partie positions across different outlets on the same luxury resort estate. We’ll align you to the best fit based on your experience (grill, larder, hot section, etc.).
What You’ll Be Doing
- Owning your section: prep, service readiness, and clean execution under pressure
- Maintaining HACCP standards (cleaning schedules, temperature records, etc.)
- Stock control: ordering, receiving, storage, rotation, waste control
- Cooking to spec and following SOPs/standard recipes
- Supporting the wider brigade: coaching Commis and Demi CDPs where needed
What We’re Looking For
- Solid CDP or DCDP experience in a hotel/resort or busy restaurant environment
- Strong hygiene discipline and a calm, organised service mindset
- A chef who takes standards seriously and can be relied on for consistency
Package Snapshot
- €37,500 base
- Tips/service: varies by outlet and season (details shared at shortlist stage)
- 45 hours/week
- Important: there is no staff accommodation available for these roles
