We're seeking a Chef De Cuisine for one of Dublin's leading luxury hotels. A position this senior doesn't become vacant very often in this hotel, for that reason we encourage you to give this opportunity very serious consideration.
You will need to have worked to at least Sous Chef level in a hotel at the four star superior to five star rank in your most recent job to be considered for this position.
As Chef De Cusine you will be expected to have excellent culinary skills across the range of kitchen disciplines. You will need to have excellent leadership skills and to inspire and mentor all kitchen staff while cultivating an excellent working partnership with your opposite numbers in the front of house team.
