Grainne Martin

A Fetac qualified trainer (2009) and a Certified Workplace Mediator (MII 2007), Grainne started her career in recruitment in London in 1996 where she worked for 9 years establishing a highly successful IT Contract Desk. In response to market demand she returned to Ireland in 1995 and established Computer People in Ireland with a network of offices in Cork and Belfast. Operating in the specialist staffing space, in 2004 Grainne set up Ajilon Finance and Ajilon Pharmaceutical.
Having worked at the ‘coal face’ as a recruitment consultant and later as a sales manager, Grainne has led, trained, inspired and motivated successful teams in Ireland and the UK for more than 20 years. Grainne now runs her own training and mentoring consultancy where she continues to inspire the next generation of professionals.
