Our client, a popular Co. Meath Hotel, is in the market for a Sous Chef. If Co. Meath suits you and you're in the market for a Sous Chef job then we'd like to hear from you.
Ideally you'll have previous experience in this role but we also welcome applications from Senior Chef De Parties who are ready to take a step up to Sous Chef.
In terms of your professional background, Hotel and Banqueting experience is a must! While this isn't a large Hotel it does have a very busy food and beverage department, one with a major focus on weddings and banquets. But, obviously, that's not all, it's got a dining room and a thriving bar food trade too so you'll need to be an all rounder.
The business is ideally located and within an easy enough commute to Dublin should the urge to get away from all the country tranquility arise.
