We are recruiting a Sous Chef for a FIVE STAR HOTEL in Country Tipperary, Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Sous Chef to become part of an elite kitchen brigade.
Located in the historic heart of Ireland, this hotel is a luxury hideaway that was meticulously restored and exquisitely recreated. Embraced by nature and overlooking ancient history, this hotel is a sanctuary of luxury.
The Director of Culinary approaches food as a celebration of life, of the land, and of the locality. From light bites to elegant afternoon tea, casual bistro to formal evening dining, much of the food on the menu will come from local Tipperary suppliers to create exciting culinary experiences.
Requirements
