Due to an internal promotion our client has a vacancy for a Sous Chef in the kitchens of their landmark South County Dublin Bar and Steakhouse. This nationally known, and thriving, business must have one of the lowest turnovers among senior kitchen staff members.
Nevertheless even the very best run kitchens occasionally find themselves with a chef staffing contingency issue at the least convenient time. That is the case here our client hopes to have this position filled by mid December. However they do accept that this position may not fill until the early New Year.
So if you are in a position to take up a new challenge before Christmas your application will certainly get very serious attention from our client.
