We are recruiting a Pastry Chef for one of islands foremost luxury country house hotels. This property, set in its own landscaped demesne, enjoys a reputation for great hospitality, impeccable service and exquisite cuisine.
We are looking for the type of pastry chef who has taken considerable care to work again the very best kitchens possible throughout their career. We want pastry chefs with a background in hotels of 4 Star Deluxe and above, some Relais & Chateau experience would also be beneficial as would exposure to restaurant kitchens with at least 2 AA Rosettes. Chocolate work is a prominent part of the job here too so this is an area you'll need considerable confidence in too.
