This is a Head Chef job in a high end restaurant where you, as head chef, will enjoy a degree of creative control, and opportunities to innovate, that'll make you the envy of peers who let this one slip from their grasp.
Our clients are highly ambitious for this restaurant and what they really want is a head chef who's as ambitious for themselves as they are for their restaurant. This is one of those jobs that if you bring your skills, ambition, and drive to bear on this restaurant project our clients will position you front and centre as the chef behind the cuisine.
The style of food will be modern and while not French it's envisaged that it will tilt in that direction while having a very heavy emphasis on provenance and seasonality. We won't be listing each and every required/desired skill because the right chef will know if this is the right job.
What we can, and will, say is that you'll need to have worked to at least Sous Chef level and have gained extensive experience in high end kitchens, i.e. Michelin Star, Gault Millau 14+, AA Rosettes 3+ to be in serious contention for this position.
