We've just taken on to find a Head Chef for a new Tapas Restaurant opening in early 2015. This restaurant, which will be operating primarily evenings, is opening to build upon the success of an existing, daytime only, restaurant in the same building. This outlet will remain distinct and this position concerns only the evening, Tapas, trade.
Our client runs a very successful restaurant and cafe which has built up an enviable daytime following. Now they're focusing on opening a new, evening time, tapas restaurant concept and are seeking to interview chefs for the position of head chef. They're looking for a chef with a deep knowledge of Tapas and who has the enthusiasm and drive to make this new business a success. Candidates with previous experience of managing their own kitchen are preferred but our client will consider applications from chefs who, meet all other criteria, and are now ready to step up to running their own kitchen.
The restaurant is located in a bustling and lively town which enjoys both a vibrant tourist trade and busy commercial sector.
