We need an experienced head chef for our clients's production kitchen in Dublin. Our Client is a company that produces food for a variety of restaurants and gastropubs across Ireland. They are searching for a chef with excellent production experience and extensive knowledge of Mediterranean cuisine. The dishes are prepared by hand using only the finest ingredients without artificial flavours, preservatives, or gluten.
The successful head chef must have the following attributes:
- The ability to develop and follow standard of performance manuals
- Be fully competent in HACCP and confident in getting their team to follow those standards
- Be strong on the financials
- Maintain control over the costs of kitchen food and labour.
- An excellent mentor and trainer
- Ensure high-quality food is consistently produced by the kitchen
- A leader with the ability to inspire the team
