You're a Pastry Chef, hopefully a superb pastry chef, you're used to producing the most exquisite desserts and can do so in quantity. Those are the baseline skills for consideration for a position this rare. To be a serious contender for a position as exclusive as this one you'll also need superb leadership qualities as, depending on time of year, you'll be in charge of a team of 10 - 15 pastry chefs, commis pastry and apprentices. It wouldn't hurt to have some experience gained in Michelin Star restaurants, Relais et Châteaux properties or Konditor shops but what's crucial is experience as Head Pastry Chef or, at a push. Pastry Sous Chef, in internationally renowned 5 Star Hotels.

Functional Spoken German, and some English are requirements for consideration. This is an international pastry kitchen but as it's located in Germany there's no escaping the need for communication skills in German.
