Our client is seeking applications from Chef De Parties [or Demi Chefs ready to take a step up] with experience of fine dining. Suitable candidates will need to have fine dining experience and be familiar with modern and cutting edge techniques, preparations and kitchen technology. Most of all though they need to be ambitious, enthusiastic, collaborative team players.
This isn't a kitchen that runs on shouting or adrenaline, it's culture is calm, methodical, supportive and it stays that way through the care that's taken with respect to who gets to work here.
