We're putting this De Partie job "to market" early, if successful you'll start working in early 2015. Our client is one of Ireland's most renowned and celebrated kitchens so vacancies only arise here occasionally.

While the job is described by us as seasonal it's very close to being a full time year round position. Essentially you'll have enough time for a very generous holiday between seasons. That's, of course, assuming you'll be back for a second season and we hope you will, many chefs come back here "for seconds."

What you need to be/have to be considered for this job

You will have worked in kitchens of AA 2 Rosette or higher, Gault Millau 13 or higher, Bib Gourmand or higher, in the rank of Demi De Partie or De Partie.
