Our client is looking for a reliable, organized and enthusiastic Sous Chef for their hardworking and award-winning kitchens in Killarney, County Kerry. This is a superb property with a well-earned reputation for excellence in cuisine.
Among the duties you will have are:
- Assist head chefs in planning, preparing, and presenting meals
- Preparation and presentation of all food should be of the highest quality
- Keep the kitchens clean and maintain hygiene standards
- Ensure that all health and safety procedures are followed
Flexibility and willingness to take on tasks as directed by the Executive Chef are essential. The preferred experience is in a 4/5 star property with some background in restaurant, banquet, and bar food operations.
As an aspiring Junior Sous Chef, or even an experienced Chef De Partie, you can join and learn in a very progressive and innovative kitchen team. This position requires a strong work ethic, and excellent coaching and development will be provided by our client. There are many opportunities for career advancement in this hotel.
