Chef De Partie

We are pleased to invite you to join an award-winning boutique hotel in Co. Leitrim. Due to increased business, our client is currently recruiting a Chef De Partie to join their kitchen team. We are looking for an applicant with a minimum of three years experience and the ability to work independently.

Our client has multiple food services ranging from bar and restaurant service to banqueting, although initially our client is looking for a chef with experience in restaurants and/or gastropubs.

• Previous experience working in a hotel or a similar position.
• Food is something you enjoy and are passionate about.
• Be mature and friendly when dealing with customers and colleagues.
• Be a team player.
• Under pressure, you should be able to perform well in a busy kitchen.
• You should have a good understanding of HACCP regulations and procedures.
