We are currently helping them find a de Partie to join their existing team.
The primary objective of the position:
You will support the Senior Culinary Team through the preparation, cooking, and serving of food using the highest quality local ingredients.
Skills Required:
Good work ethic and the ability to work under pressure.
Demonstrated quality de Partie or Demi experience in a reputable establishment
Excellent food hygiene standards and knowledge of HACCP.
Have a passion for innovative cooking and demonstrate a professional and enthusiastic approach to teamwork.
