Our client is an exclusive Irish Estate Hotel located in Co. Roscommon, Ireland. They are seeking to hire a Chef de Partie for a position that starts with immediate effect or as soon as possible.
Specifically, the role is:
The position is for the hotel's award-winning fine dining restaurant. In this kitchen, the team is almost complete, it just needs you to join.
At least two years of experience working in a busy hotel or restaurant would be ideal. A large part of this role includes weekend work and shift work. It is a position that requires flexibility.
