Our client, an extremely popular Dublin neighbourhood bistro, seeks a Chef De Partie with passion and flair. This position is full-time and you will be working on a flexible shift basis which may also include the occasional early breakfast shift.
You will be working closely, and in collaboration with, the Head Chef. Everything is prepared "in house" therefore you will need an understanding of, and appreciation for, fresh produce and how to add a lot of value to it. You also need to be able to work quickly and cleanly upholding the highest levels of hygiene. This is a small kitchen and it requires all chefs to obsessively clean as they go.
There is a small team here and staff turnover has been, historically, very low in the kitchen. This is a great working environment and the Head Chef while bursting with ideas of their own will be happy to help you develop some of your own ideas and dishes.
