- Work weekends when necessary.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Clean and set up the kitchen after breakfast service.
- Ensure that the kitchen is clean after service.
- Ensure that all supplies are ordered.
- Breakfast preparation.
- Provide a breakfast that meets the highest standards.
- Maintain a high standard at all times.
- Know and meet HACCP regulations.
