Our client, a luxury four star hotel in Co. Monaghan, currently requires a Breakfast chef.
Ultimately, the successful candidate will prepare and serve [plate service] the hotel's breakfast menu in a competent and professional manner. You will be expected to maintain the hotel's outstanding reputation for the quality of its breakfast.
We are looking for a strong and reliable breakfastchef, with the ideal candidate being a proven multi-tasker and efficient operator. Candidates must have a passion for food and be able to create memorable breakfasts.
Prior experience in a similar role would be ideal, with experience in the role of a Lead Breakfast Chef preferred.
