- Have prior restaurant / hotel kitchen experience.

- Be organized and be able to work independently
- Be punctual and an early riser!

- Have a good understanding of HACCP procedures and regulations.
- Be willing to work on weekends
- After breakfast service, set up and clean up the kitchen.
- Clean kitchen handover after main kitchen service
- The ordering of all supplies
- Preparing breakfast.
- Prepare and serve breakfast in a manner that meets the highest standards.
- Keeping standards high at all times
- Maintain records, comply with regulations and understand HACCP
