If you're a quality orientated Head Chef and it's time for a change we've a very high quality job proposition in the sunny south east of Ireland you'd be advised to give serious consideration. This is a high quality property which has its sights set on winning a haul of accolades for its food. Our client is seeking either of the following profiles in a chef.
1. You've a proven track record as a Head Chef in Four Star Superior and/or Five Star Hotels
2. You've worked as a Sous Chef or senior Sous Chef in Four Star Superior and/or Five Star Hotels holding that position for at least two years
The emphasis in terms of your skill set is firstly the ability to produce superb contemporary dining room food, secondly that you're possessed of sound people/kitchen management skills (HACCP, Budgets, Etc) and thirdly can accomplish the former while taking responsibility for a small, but thriving, banqueting business. Head Chef positions of this quality don't come to market with great frequency in Ireland so we encourage you to apply without delay.
