Always a believer in life long learning in addition to her major she holds a professional qualification in Marketing (MII); Human Resource Management (CIPD); Employment Law (IBEC/NCI) and is a qualified Occupational Tester from Saville & Holsworth.
Having worked for 10 years in management and specialized recruitment, recruiting staff from leaving certificate & graduate to director level, Alanna recognised her interest in developing people both personally and in their careers.
